Lilian Morse is an Associate who primarily works within the Media and Entertainment space but occasionally works across different practices. Lilian values both the client and candidate experience when she works on different searches and has placed a range of different Senior Management and C-Suite professionals during her 18 months in Search.
Prior to Elevate Talent, Lilian worked at a boutique Executive Search firm that specialised in hires across the Digital and Technology space where she learned the fundamentals of Search. She now focuses on a different space entirely but enjoys drawing in her technical knowledge from her previous role.
Prior to Search, Lilian lived and studied in Canada for 5 years and intends to live and work abroad in the future.
