Based in London, Lara is an Executive Assistant to our Senior Leadership team.
Lara has over 10 years experience in talent management and learning and development roles before specialising in project management, change management, and operations.
Lara has worked for companies across multiple industries including financial services and executive search. Highly culturally aware, Lara has lived and worked in the middle east and is fluent in Arabic.
As an experienced project manager, she ensures best in class client service and the oversight and execution of consulting projects from concept to completion. She also draws on her technical expertise in L & D to contribute to the development of talent solutions for our client base.
