Helen Soulsby leads a multilingual and multinational team across Elevate Talent’s global consulting services. Previously, Helen championed the firms growth in Asia, working with clients across Singapore, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan.
A discerning advisor with deep market knowledge, Helen leads consulting projects across the ever-converging media, sport, entertainment, and technology sectors. Early in her career, Helen held commercial, product, and marketing roles at adidas, Aviva, and Athletics Australia before moving into consulting, working with public and private sector clients.
She has delivered multiple projects including people and culture reviews, leadership assessment and development programmes, and team coaching. She is a highly skilled moderator and facilitator and an accredited Hogan psychometric suite practitioner.
