  • The previous CFO decided to leave after 5 years in the role, having led the organisation through a first phase of growth.
  • VGW was looking for a CFO capable of consolidating the work accomplished by the previous CFO and putting in place a structure to manage and drive further growth.

Result

  • Guy Wylie has 20 years’ experience in the finance sector, starting his career in the area of insolvency at Arthur Andersen before moving to the world of M&A and capital markets at JP Morgan, RBS and later UBS. He later broadened his experience in the telco industry, joining Telstra in 2013 up until his appointment at VGW in 2023.
