Based in London, Penny is an Associate for the Global Consulting practice.
Penny is a proven HR Leader with experience of working with corporates, global SMEs and individuals, supporting them to deliver better performance and commercial results.
Prior to her consulting and coaching career, she worked with Kingfisher, British Gas, TJX Europe (TK MAXX), STA Travel, British Airways across board and senior HR roles.
Penny combines IPD accreditation with an MA in Organisation Development and Leadership / Executive Coaching qualification from Henley Business School.
Her academic qualifications combine with extensive practical experience, navigating and influencing senior leadership teams and boards through complex and transformational programmes.
