Based in Los Angeles, Paul currently co-leads Elevate Talent’s North American Sports Practice, following eight years focused on leading SRI’s European Sport team based out of London.
A hub of market knowledge with an enviable track record of successful delivery, Paul is a market leader in the sports industry with experience of working with leading global organizations across two continents. Paul has built an extensive network and track record with NGB’s, Clubs & Teams, Leagues, and Agencies, helping his clients respond to fast moving market changes by sourcing stand out talent across multiple industries. A commercial appointment specialist, Paul has previously held positions with sporting organisations and agencies prior to search such as Match Point.
