Prior to her career in executive search, Elizabeth was an executive coach and psychotherapist in private practice for many years. She utilizes the same deep listening skills she cultivated as a counsellor in business settings. Elizabeth partners with clients and candidates to guide successful placements, aligning business strategies, cultural fit and long-term business requirements. She builds deep, “trusted advisor” relationships, with a keen appreciation for the unique requirements of each individual search.

In her free time, she enjoy cooking, traveling, and crafting handmade paper. She and her husband co-own a small retreat center in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina.
