Alistair Milner is a Partner in Elevate Talent’s Consulting division and has been working with a wide range of domestic UK and international clients for 12 years.
Alistair leads consulting projects, co-creating future ready talent solutions with his clients. His projects include leadership assessment, succession planning, remuneration benchmarking, and career pathway development. Alistair combines an analytical approach, strong relationship management, and critical thinking to facilitate practical solutions and detailed recommendations. He has a Master’s Degree and PhD from Edinburgh University, is a Board member of the Association of Sporting Directors, and has recently qualified as an Executive Coach through Henley Business School.
